You'll receive a shipping confirmation by email or text message once your order has been packed and delivered to the shipping service. Orders will be sent within 5 working days.

If you would like to return your product you can get a refund to the original payment method as long as you notify us no later than 7 days after receiving your product. Just let us know at: shop@tedzukuri.com. We can withhold the money until we have received the product or you have sent documentation that the product is returned.  Please note, that we do not cover the shipping expenses for the return.
